AstroFlow Guard is a Linux-based multi-function tool for network engineers - it incorporates all the proven bandwidth management functionality of AstroFlow, but also incorporates a state full firewall, intrusion detection system and VPN server. With its user-friendly interface, automatic failover and smart recovery system, AstroFlow Guard is the complete tool for anyone wanting to manage bandwidth and network security.

AstroFlow Guard uses a hierarchical class-based system which when viewed through the AstroFlow Guard interface, provides a logical, intuitive view of your network classes along with their priorities.

AstroFlow Guard is available for different bandwidth configurations and is priced according to the amount of bandwidth you need to manage. All additional modules are optional so you only pay for what you require.

It is possible to upgrade your copy of AstroFlow Guard to higher data rates or additional modules at any time - you will simply pay the difference between your current version price, and your required version price.

After the introduction of the Jaguar2000, ARA Networks dedicated itself to consistently improving upon our web cache technology. In January 2002, after two years of continuous research and development, the Jagaur3000 Engine Architecture was finally announced. The Jagaur3000 incorporates and improves upon the best features and functions of its predecessor, the Jaguar2000, and introduces scalability and expandability through a revolutionary web cache platform called Minimal Context-switching Threading layer (MCT).

Jaguar3000 improves your current network by fully utilizing Giga-Speed CPU(s), Gigabit Networking, and a 4 Gigabyte In-Memory Cache. It not only guarantees an improvement for small to medium networks but can also be implemented in ISPs and large enterprises. The Giga-Caching architecture lets you transfer data in real time for both web accelerator and traditional proxy modes.

In order to ensure a fair performance comparison, ARA Networks utilized the services of The Measurement Factory, a third party benchmarking company famous for its annual Cache-Off. The Measurement Factory conducted a performance test on the Jaguar3000 using Polymix-4, which models many key Web traffic characteristics. Jaguar3000 had incredible performance measurements as evidenced by an amazing peak throughput of 2800 requests per second (http://www.measurement-factory.com/results/public/aratech.co.kr/).

Jaguar3000 is one of the best performing web cache servers in the world.
